Our work is centered on the evaluation, development, and contextualization of research concepts with potential relevance across both fundamental and applied settings.
Note on Regional Operations: Horizon Research (abbreviated as RSC) is a European-based research initiative. All the primary contributors are based within the European Union (EU).
All scientific outputs supported by us will be made openly available and deposited in common repositories such as Zenodo under a CC BY 4.0 license, and, whenever suitable, published in Open Access in relevant peer‑reviewed journals.
Horizon RSC maintains an interest in supporting scientifically serious work that may fall outside conventional short-term funding logic, particularly where originality and methodological rigor are evident at an early stage.
We are open to receiving a limited number of inquiries from individual researchers or multidisciplinary teams based within the European Union (EU), especially where proposed work aligns with our broader interest in foundational and high-complexity scientific investigation.
At present, any exploratory support, review, or collaboration is considered on a discretionary basis. Inquiries that clearly align with our mission and research focus undergo an internal review to assess the quality of the proposed research. All such communications are handled with strict professional confidentiality.

While scientific philanthropy is compatible with the values of Horizon RSC, our primary focus remains the generation of original scientific research.
Moreover, at present, Horizon RSC is a deliberately non-commercial initiative. We do not operate for profit, nor do we provide research services for hire.
Horizon Research does not accept donations or sponsorships of any kind at this stage.

Horizon RSC is guided by an interdisciplinary network of contributors focused on research strategy, evaluation methodology and analytical modeling.
